Our services may include teen driver education, adult 6-hour driver education, online courses, Zoom classes, in-person classes, behind-the-wheel instruction, road-test scheduling, third-party road testing, student record processing, certificate processing, payment processing, and related support services.

Drive Smart may use PayPal, WooCommerce, credit/debit card processors, banks, or other third-party payment processors to process payments. We may receive payment status, transaction details, billing information, order information, refund information, and dispute or chargeback information.

Drive Smart does not control third-party payment processors. Their privacy policies, terms, fraud checks, dispute procedures, payment holds, and processing rules may also apply.

Drive Smart provides services to teen students, including students under 18. For teen students, we may collect student information and parent/guardian information needed for enrollment, consent, course records, payment, communication, scheduling, certificates, and licensing-related requirements.

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate information and helping teen students comply with course, attendance, payment, safety, identity, and licensing requirements.

13. Public Reviews, Testimonials, and Submitted Content

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, comment, photo, or other content for public posting, that information may become publicly available. Please do not submit personal information for public posting unless you want it to be public.

Some student records, course records, payment records, certificate records, compliance records, or road-test records may need to be retained for legal, regulatory, business, or inspection purposes even after a course or service is completed.
